It feels like we already have 2025 goty nominees announced (+ rumors for persona 6, 3d mario, judas, civilization 7, gears 6, hades 2, etc.) Rockstar nailed the three things what I mentioned for rdr2 at a 10/10 and remaining things at a 7/10 and 6/10 Even though it's not the type of game that wins GOTY, it is actually pretty original when you play it
What Is The Game Of The Year 2025 Fredia Lesley. It does A LOT of things that gamers say they want like no MTX, original gameplay, great replayabilty (seriously best NG+ I've played in a while), passionate design team that took a lot of risks, etcetera. Hellblade 2 and Indiana Jones could easily be contenders (depending on when Indiana Jones releases)
